You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions by using our services, visiting our website, or making a purchase. 1. In general
 
We, also known as “we” and “us,” are the owners of https://www.dependable containersllc.com/. You accept the following terms by using our website to place an order. Both parties are protected by these agreements, which also establish expectations for our services.
 
  • Subject to Stock Availability: We make every effort to keep our website’s stock counts up to date. Sometimes, though, there might be differences. In these situations, we will notify you of backordered items and fulfill available products.
 
2. The Price of Shipping
 
Weight, dimensions, and destination are used to determine shipping charges at checkout. This will be the total cost of shipping and payment will be collected at the time of purchase.
 

3. Refunds

3.1 Return Because of a Change of Heart
 
If you change your mind and want to return an item, you must do so within 30 days of receiving it. Returns of unused, resellable items must be made in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.
 
Refunds will be issued as shop credit after returns are received and approved. You will receive an email notification.
 
The value of the returned products will be reimbursed, but the cost of shipping will not be covered.
 
3.2 Returns Under Warranty
 
Within ninety days of delivery, legitimate warranty claims can be filed. Return postage must be paid for in advance by the customer; this money will be returned if the warranty claim is approved.
 
We will process returned items for a warranty claim within seven days of receiving them. A new item (if available), store credit, or a refund to your original payment method will be your options.
 
4. Delivery
 
  • 4.1 Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Free shipping on orders over $300. We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • 4.2 International Transit Time: Depending on the courier, international shipments can take anywhere from 4 to 22 days to arrive.
  • 4.3 Delivery Address Change: Prior to shipping, delivery address modifications are possible.
  • 4.4 P.O. Box Shipping: We exclusively use postal services to mail to P.O. boxes.
  • 4.5 Shipping to Military Addresses: USPS ships to military addresses.
  • 4.6 Out-of-stock Items: When available, out-of-stock items will be shipped.
  • 4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded: Get in touch with us if the estimated delivery time is exceeded.
 
5. Tracking Notifications
 
Tracking links are sent to customers so they can monitor the status of their shipments depending on shipping provider updates.
 
6. In-Transit Damaged Parcels
 
If a package is damaged, try to refuse it. If delivered, get in touch with customer support.
 
7. Taxes & Duties
 
  • 7.1 Sales Tax: Prices that are displayed are subject to sales tax.
  • 7.2 Import Taxes & Duties: Import taxes and duties are paid in advance.
 
8. Cancellations
 
Prior to dispatch, cancellations are accepted. Please refer to our refund policy after dispatch.
 
9. Coverage
 
According to the courier’s stated value, packages are covered against loss and damage.
