RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You have the right to withdraw your order in a period not exceeding thirty days without giving a reason.

The time limit for the withdrawal of products is thirty days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party that is not the carrier and that you have assigned takes possession of the product delivered.

To withdraw, you have to give us a clear and unambiguous statement of your decision.

The next products are not supposed to be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We hold the right to reject returns to any merchandise which in our sole opinion, does not comply with the above return conditions.

We cannot guarantee that any goods will not be damaged or lost in return delivery. For this reason, we endorse using a postal service that is insured and offers tracking. We will not accept a return without an actual receipt of the product or a return delivery proof record as an issue for refund.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
